POSTAL ENTRY TERMS
Eligibility
To enter a skill based competition via postal entry, you must have an account registered on our website. This ensures we can match your entry with your account details. You can create an account here.
Postal entries are free to enter and subject to the same conditions as online entries. By submitting a postal entry, you agree to our standard competition terms and conditions.
Entry Requirements
To enter, send an unenclosed postcard containing the following details:
- Customer ID: Found at the top of your account page (login required).
- Full Name: Must match the name on your registered account.
- Email Address: Must match the email address on your registered account.
- Phone Number: Must match the phone number on your registered account.
- Delivery Address: Must match the address on your registered account.
- Competition ID: Found on the product page above the title of the competition you wish to enter.
- Correct Answer: If the competition requires a question to be answered, ensure the correct answer is written clearly on the postcard.

Entry Guidelines
- One Entry Per Competition: Each postcard can only be used to enter one competition. Multiple entries on a single postcard will not be counted.
- Postcard Only: Do not send multiple postcards in one envelopeβentries sent this way will not be processed. Use the back of the postcard to write the required information.

Timely Submission:
- For Live Draws: Entries must arrive at least 24 hours before the designated draw time to be processed.
- For Auto-Draws: Entries must arrive before all tickets are sold to ensure processing. If all tickets are sold before your entry is processed, your entry will not be counted.
Processing and Confirmation
- Postal entries will be processed and allocated a random number from the available numbers left.
- Once the entry list is completed, you can verify your entry on the competition's entry list page.
- No confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your entry.
Important Notes

Competition Type:
- Live Draw: Competitions have a scheduled draw time, and entries must be received in advance to be eligible.
- Auto-Draw: Competitions are drawn automatically when all tickets are sold. Ensure your postal entry arrives early to avoid missing out.

Fair Processing:
- Postal entries are treated the same as online entries and will be entered into the draw in the same manner.
- Postal entries will be shredded and disposed of after processing, including entries received after the draw.

Entry Validity:
- Late Arrival: Entries received after the draw time or after tickets have sold out will not be processed.
- Incorrect/Missing Information: Entries missing required information or with incorrect details will be voided.
- Royal Mail Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal services.
- Match to Account: Your postal entry details must match the details on your registered account. Failure to match the name, email address, phone number, and delivery address will result in your entry being voided.
- Multiple Entries: If multiple entries are submitted under different names or addresses by the same person, all associated entries will be voided.
- Agreement to Terms: By submitting a postal entry, you agree to our standard competition terms and conditions.
